Somatic Counseling Sessions: Telehealth and in person at Gather
Meg has a Master degree in Counseling Psychology and is currently in her second year of training with Somatic Experiencing International. Meg has also completed trainings in Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Hakomi, Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MSBR), and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT).
Meg has over two decades of experience as a practitioner of yoga, meditation, and other contemplative somatic practices. Meg has been teaching (E-RYT500) a variety of yoga styles, meditation, breathwork, nervous system regulation, and mindfulness full-time since 2011. Meg supports all individuals through affirming care as an LGBTQIA2S+ ally.

GROUP WORK: Meg offers group somatic sessions (depending on interest) that focus on somatic experiencing, breathwork, mindfulness, and self-compassion. Next group session dates coming early 2026! COMPLETE THE INTEREST FORM

Intake sessions are 90 minutes and are a flat rate of $150.
Regular sessions are 60 minutes and are offered on a sliding scale from $95-$150.
All of Meg’s evening spots are currently full, as are the spots in her schedule dedicated to WEEKLY clients.
Openings in her schedule are irregular (one week she’ll have a Tuesday afternoon session available, the next week it might be a Thursday morning spot open). Spots also open up when there is a cancellation.
