On-demand yoga classes are recorded live during our zoom classes.
Once you purchase a pre-recorded class, you will receive an email with a PDF. This PDF will have a clickable link and password to access the video through our host site, Vimeo. You will be able to download your purchased video within 24 hours of accessing it (then you are able to watch it many times!). If you don’t download it, you can still use the link and password to access it for as long as the video is available (typically 90 days).
